"No cost. No obligation. Just answers."

What Happens at This Step

  • We review your insurance policy in full
  • You walk us through the damage and what happened
  • We identify coverage provisions your insurer may have overlooked
  • We give you a clear picture of your claim potential
  • You decide whether to move forward — zero pressure

Step 04

Negotiation with Your Insurer

"We handle every conversation so you do not have to."

Once the claim is filed, we take over all communication with your insurance company. We respond to requests, push back on lowball offers, and escalate when necessary. You are kept informed at every step — but you never have to deal with the insurer directly.

What Happens at This Step

  • All insurer communication handled by our team
  • Response to requests for additional information
  • Counter-offers backed by our documentation
  • Escalation to supervisors and management when needed
  • Appraisal or mediation representation if required
  • Regular status updates to you throughout the process
Settlement check and final payment

Timeline
Payment typically within 5–10 business days of settlement
Your Cost

Step 05

Maximum Settlement

"You get paid. Then we get paid."

When we reach a settlement that reflects the true value of your claim, you receive your payment. Our fee is a percentage of the total settlement we recover — meaning we only get paid when you do, and the more we recover, the better for both of us.

What Happens at This Step

  • Settlement agreement reviewed and finalized
  • Payment issued directly to you from your insurer
  • Our fee deducted as agreed — no surprises
  • Final documentation provided for your records
  • Ongoing support if any supplemental claims arise

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the claims process take?

Most claims are resolved within 4–12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the damage and how cooperative your insurer is. We push hard to move things forward as quickly as possible.

What does it cost to hire you?

Nothing upfront. We work on a contingency basis — a percentage of the settlement we recover for you. If we do not increase your settlement, you owe us nothing.

Can you help if my claim has already been denied?

Yes. Denied claims are one of our specialties. We review the denial, identify the grounds for appeal, and build the case to get your claim reopened and paid.

Can you help if I already accepted a settlement?

In many cases, yes. Depending on your policy and state law, there may be options to reopen or supplement a closed claim. Contact us for a free review.

Do I have to be present during the inspection?

We prefer you to be present so we can walk through everything together, but it is not required. We can coordinate access with your contractor or property manager.

Will hiring a public adjuster make my insurer cancel my policy?

No. You have a legal right to hire a public adjuster. Insurance companies cannot cancel your policy simply because you chose professional representation for your claim.
